By purchasing any products and/or services from Raiders Rising (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” “our”), the undersigned agrees to the following payment terms and conditions:

Payment Methods

Pricing
All prices for products and services are listed in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices applicable to your order are those in effect at the time of your purchase. Any applicable taxes, fees, or charges will be calculated at checkout and added to your total.

Billing Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information, including your full name, address, phone number, and valid payment details. You are responsible for maintaining this information to ensure successful processing of your payments.

Subscription and Recurring Payments
Certain services may be offered on a subscription and/or recurring payment basis. By enrolling in recurring payments, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the agreed-upon intervals (e.g., monthly, annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time by written notice to [email protected].

Failure to cancel before the next billing cycle will result in the charge for the next term.

Late Payments and Failed Transactions
If your payment method is declined or fails, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If the payment is not successfully made within thirty (30) days, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to your account or services. Raiders Rising reserves the right to terminate all benefits upon declined or failed payment.

Refunds
All payments are final. Raiders Rising commits its resources to supporting student-athletes and does not have the resources to process refunds or returns. Payments made to Raiders Rising are not subject to refunds or returns.

Chargebacks
You agree to contact us in the event of any payment dispute before initiating a chargeback with your financial institution. If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting us, we reserve the right to terminate your account and pursue legal action where applicable.

Changes to Payment Terms
We reserve the right to modify these payment terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
